Both the hottest heartthrobs of Bollywood Kareena Kapoor and Katrin Kaif seem to have a huge number of projects lined up. If you haven’t noticed closely almost every big budget film today has either of the hotties cast in a lead role.

5 Best positions to get pregnant fast

Getting pregnant maybe the easiest of all things, however, some couples do find it hard to conceive for several reasons, including weak or insufficient sperm count.
In some cases, as when nature needs a boost, a little push from you and your partner can go a long way in getting pregnant. When it comes to the best position to get pregnant, the general rule is that the male sperm must be deposited as near to the female cervix as possible.
This has something to do with the life spans of the female egg and the male sperm. Once an egg is released from the ovary - a stage also known as ovulation - it begins its path down the fallopian tube to the uterus. A released egg typically survives for only 24 hours, while a sperm can last anywhere from three to five days in the female body. As such, the egg has to be as close to the egg as possible so they can meet and join before the egg dies.
While not a lot of people will agree that the sexual positions have anything to do with getting pregnant, the logical inference is that it makes sense to assume the position that can help the sperm meet the egg in the shortest possible time.
This is especially true when for couples who have problems or difficulty conceiving. Having said this, the first "best position to get pregnant" tip is to avoid positions that least expose the cervix to the male sperm, and that generally defy gravity such as sex while standing up, sitting down, or with the woman on top. When trying to conceive, it is best to limit the amount of sperm that flows back out of the vagina.
The woman's hips should also be positioned in such a way that the sperm released is kept inside, giving it enough time to swim up to the female cervix.
Consider the following positions instead:
1. The missionary position. Or man-on-top is said to be the position that's best for getting pregnant. This is because this particular position allows for the deepest possible penetration, making it possible for the sperm to get deposited closest to the cervix.
2. Raise the hips. Elevating the hips, which can be done by placing a pillow behind her, can also be helpful because this exposes the female cervix to as much semen as the male can release.
3. Doggy-style. The rear-entry position where the man enters the woman from behind is also a recommended position. In this position, sperm is also deposited closest to the cervix, thereby helping increase the chances of conception.
4. Side-by-side. You can also try having intercourse while lying side by side. This position likewise causes the most exposure of the cervix to the male sperm.
5. Orgasms. Finally, while this has nothing to do with sexual positions, there are also researches that suggest the importance of the female orgasm in conceiving. According to studies, female orgasm leads to contractions that could push sperm up into the cervix. The lesson: have fun while trying to conceive.

Every chapter of the book will offer celebrity tips, quotations and facts about the benefits of vegan eating” voices Poorva Joshipura, head of Animal Rights Organisation, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India and VP (International Operations), PETA Foundation UK, who is currently working on the project.
Joshipura, a food enthusiast herself, claimed it to be perfect for everyone: veteran vegans, curious newcomers and those who just want to try the occasional meatless meal,as well as both kitchen novices and culinary wizards.
The book will also have writings from Ingrid Newkirk, founder of PETA US, as well as by nutrition expert and author Neal Barnard, also the founder of Washington-based The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM).
PETA India’s US affiliate counts Hollywood stars like Pamela Anderson, Alicia Silverstone, Sir Paul McCartney, Bryan Adams, Stella McCartney and Eva Mendes as their supporters. And from the Bollywood,Sonakshi Sinha, Sonu Sood, Vidya Balan, Raveena Tandon, Amrita Rao, Celina Jaitly and Jacqueline Fernandez will furnish with their inputs.
The recipes from the book will present before the readers the vegan versions of old-time Indian regional favourites and would help in exploring dishes that they might never have heard of before. The book will reveal how easy it is to turn traditionally meat or dairy-laden Indian dishes, and those from faraway lands, into more munchier and far healthier vegan delicacies.
Jacaranda Press has been signed to represent the book as Joshipura feels that it will facilitate the readers to understand how a vegan diet helps celebrities to be in perfect shape. Anushka refuses lead role


If Illeana is very happy to do another lead role in a movie production, Anushka is not at all content to do a lead part in a huge Hindi picture. The news came as a surprise to all, as B-town actress Anushka has turned down this huge career opportunity. As anyone knows, all actresses would be all over such a great chance, but this is not the case of Anushka.
The part she was offered to play was in a Bollywood flick which is a remake after tamil film Singam. In the original version she had the lead part, but she is not interested in doing the remake. The director Rohith Shetty has asked Anushka to the part, as he felt she is the best one for it.
But the actress did not seem at all interested and refused him very politely. Her exact words were that she feels “comfortable in South film industry”. As she is one of the most wanted persons in the Telugu and Tamil, she does not want to get back in Bollywood.

Singam 2 of Surya to have Nayanthara as an item girl


The 2010 Tamil film Singam which starred Surya and Anushka in lead roles turned out to be a box-office hit. Next year, the film was remade in Hindi. Now the makers of the film have decided to make a sequel of the film. Hari who directed the first part will be making the sequel too. And Surya will be playing the lead role in Singam 2 too.
In the sequel of Singam, we will get to see two heroines – Anushka and Hansika. The shooting will kick-off from the end of September this year, in Tuticorin. Nayanthara has also been approached for a dance number in this film. There is a possibility that the beautiful diva will be shaking legs with Surya in a Kuthu dance.
Nayanthara has been doing dance numbers of late. She earlier danced with Vijay in the film Sivakasi on the song Kodambakkam Area. And the film-makers of Singam 2 are expecting that the lady will give her consent to dance with Surya in the film. And if Nayanthara declines the offer, the director will be approaching Shriya Saran for the dance number. Hari said that he is discussing about the Kuthu number in the film with the top actresses of the Tamil film industry.
Singam which means Lion in English was produced by Gnanavel Raja alongwith Reliance Big Pictures. As the film achieved commercial success, it was remade not only in Hindi but also in Kannada and Bengali. Its about a police inspector Duraisingam in Nallur, who solves most problems of his village with mutual consent and without any violence. This has helped him to earn reputation and love of his villagers. When industrialist Mahalingam comes to visit the village with his daughter Kavya, Singam and Kavya fall in love with one another. But extortionist Mayil Vaaganam intervenes and an unexpected twist come in the smooth romantic life of Kavya and Singam. However in the end, Mayil is killed by Singam in an encounter and Singam-Kavya leads a happy life.
The story line of Singam 2 is not yet revealed. There will be not a lot of changes in the cast of the film’s sequel.
