The “Apka Surooor” star, Himesh Reshammiya, who has a “Karzzz” on Bollywood, airs “Damadamm” music on “Radio” feels that Akshay Kumar is the ultimate and extraordinary khiladi. So true! But is it something which we never knew? Anyways.
“Khiladi 786″, starring Akshay Khiladi Kumar, Asin, Mithun Chakraborty, HImesh Reshemmiya (Oh God!) and Paresh Rawal, is the rom-com marking the return of the Khiladi Series which featured Akshay, and is being directed by debutante Ashish R Mohan. This is a Khiladi movie 12 years after the last seen on screen “Khiladi 420″ released in 2000. The flick is produced by Akshay’s Hari Om Entertainment, Himesh’s HR Musik and Fox Searchlight Pictures.
The movie is scripted by Himesh himself and also the soundtrack is composed and penned down by Himesh under the label HR Musik .(No Comments).
The Khiladi Kumar has starred in movies : ’Khiladi’(1992), ‘Main Khiladi Tu Anari’(1993),’Sabse Bada Khiladi’(1995), ‘Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi’(1996), ‘Mr and Mrs Khiladi’(1997), ‘International Khiladi’ (1999) and ‘Khiladi 420′ (2000). This concatenation of action comedy Khiladi series, earned Akshay the tag of being the “Khiladi of Bollywood” and sure he is.
The movie is on floors since this June and a part of the shooting has been completed. What hit the eardrums was, in the movie Akshay performed a “toofani” stunt of jumping from the balcony of a bunglow, which was 45 feet high, that too without any cables, body doubles or wires (Huh!). The mere safety measures were mattresses and boxes. Akshay has proved it time and again that he is the most daring Khiladi of B-Town who leaves no stone unturned to higher his level of audacity.
Khiladi 786 is expected to hit the screens later this year.
