The Holly Bolly Vegan Cookbook: Celebrities’ secrets up for revelation!

Have you ever wondered how much in shape are our celebs and how they maintain their hot-bods? Do thoughts about a well-maintained shape keep haunting your minds? Do you wish you step into their shoes and flaunt the best body in town? You wanna know what our celebs love to eat and stay fit? Then, what you need it get a copy of ” The Holly Bolly Vegan Cookbook” which is going to be a compilation of celebrity inputs and recipes about vegan food that keeps them healthy and in shape. For the first time Hollywood and Bollywood celebs come together in vending out a recipe book that talk about their diet and the mantra behind their healthy and fit bodies.
The idea about this book was nurtured in the mind of Poorva Joshipur of PETA India.
The celebrities that talk it out in the book are the Oh la la Girl : Vidya Balan, ravishingly hot Pamela Andersen, beautiful Neha Dhupia and the young at 52 rockstar Bryan Adams. They all talk about the food they eat and tips to maintain the perfect shape.
“Learning what celebrities eat can reveal the secrets behind their shiny hair, slim figures, toned bodies and smooth, healthy skin. Every chapter of the book will offer celebrity tips, quotations and facts about the benefits of vegan eating” voices Poorva Joshipura, head of Animal Rights Organisation, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India and VP (International Operations), PETA Foundation UK, who is currently working on the project.
Joshipura, a food enthusiast herself, claimed it to be perfect for everyone: veteran vegans, curious newcomers and those who just want to try the occasional meatless meal,as well as both kitchen novices and culinary wizards.
The book will also have writings from Ingrid Newkirk, founder of PETA US, as well as by nutrition expert and author Neal Barnard, also the founder of Washington-based The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM).
PETA India’s US affiliate counts Hollywood stars like Pamela Anderson, Alicia Silverstone, Sir Paul McCartney, Bryan Adams, Stella McCartney and Eva Mendes as their supporters. And from the Bollywood,Sonakshi Sinha, Sonu Sood, Vidya Balan, Raveena Tandon, Amrita Rao, Celina Jaitly and Jacqueline Fernandez will furnish with their inputs.
The recipes from the book will present before the readers the vegan versions of old-time Indian regional favourites and would help in exploring dishes that they might never have heard of before. The book will reveal how easy it is to turn traditionally meat or dairy-laden Indian dishes, and those from faraway lands, into more munchier and far healthier vegan delicacies.
Jacaranda Press has been signed to represent the book as Joshipura feels that it will facilitate the readers to understand how a vegan diet helps celebrities to be in perfect shape. Plus the reading would be fun-filled with colors and catchy text from the world of cinema, serving before their eyes the beauty of vegan food.
“The Bolly Holly Vegan Cookbook” is expected to hit the stands in 2013.
